An identity that sheds the clinical feel without losing the credibility that makes patients trust.
Kinship Wellness is a multi-discipline health and wellness practice — physiotherapy, nutrition counselling, and mindfulness-based therapy under one roof. They'd grown by word of mouth for four years with a brand that looked like a GP surgery. The clinical visual language wasn't wrong, exactly, but it was creating friction with the kind of client they were trying to attract.
They needed to feel approachable, warm, and human — without sacrificing the credibility that makes patients trust a healthcare provider with real conditions. A balance most wellness brands get entirely wrong in one direction or the other.
"Lowercase everywhere, generous line-height, a palette that felt grounded — the visual equivalent of a long, slow exhale."
