A short-stay property brand that needed to feel like a destination, not a listing.
Harbor Living manages a small collection of premium short-stay properties on the south Devon coast. In a market dominated by listing platforms where every thumbnail looks the same, they wanted an identity that elevated their offering to something you'd remember the name of and return to — without the booking platform intermediary.
The brief was clear: feel like a boutique hotel brand. Not a holiday let. An identity that could sit comfortably in the same visual space as small independent hotels, interiors magazines, and the property press.
"Earthy palette, generous serif — hospitality cues borrowed from hotel branding, scaled down for a boutique operator without losing the quality signal."
