Parallel Coffee had been one of the best independent cafés in Reading for three years. Regulars knew it. Newcomers walked past. The coffee was excellent; the visual presence on the street was an afterthought — mismatched print, no consistent voice, a logo that didn't hold up at A-frame size.
They were heading into a period of expansion — a second site under consideration — and needed marketing materials that could scale with them. Not a full rebrand, but a rigorous design pass over everything customer-facing.
